We also work closely with the many not-for-profit entities and government organizations who have so diligently created awareness around this issue. Our ultimate goal is to cleverly scale the demand side of the equation to a level where we begin to see dramatic percentage increases in the number of women on boards.
Supply is not the problem: we have an enormous pre-qualified network of competent, highly educated, and experienced female professionals.
We are unabashedly aggressive about proposing women who are exceptionally qualified for Board positions – not by their gender, but by virtue of their prior business experience.
